  This is the worst customer service place ever. Went in there on Wednesday Aug 24th to purchase cigarette and a phone charger, it's really hard to find my brand in truckee cause there is not a lot of places that sale cigarettes. I was 3rd in line so I wanted to see what brands they had, so I go to the counter that was not being used to see what they had. The rude ass grumpy dog catcher that was in front of me goes the the counter I am at instead of where the cashier was ringing the previous Customer was and slams his paper down in front of me. The cashier instead of saying this side sir he goes over to the other regions and starts ringing the grumpy farther up. The grumpy old fart wanted eggrolls, so the cashier makes some for this rude guy, and instead of coming over to attend to me and this customer behind me he keeps doing more egg rolls, stares at me and the other guy like we weren't there and keeps making eggrolls WTF. when he comes over to smile, no thank you for your patients, or apology for making us wait. I asked if he carried my brand and said no what do you want? So I get what I want and leave with a angry face, my wife asked why the long face I explained to her what just happen and she said let it go. Sorry but I did dorm the rest of our vacation at Donner Lake and enjoyed the rest of my vacation but felt I had to let other people know about this place, and for the owner if you don't believe me watch your camera for that day.
